关于游泳的一点想法

去年上半年开始，我重拾了好多年都没有碰过的游泳这项运动，从刚开始的一小时游四五百米，到离开上海前的1700米，再到最近的2300米，对于这项运动，以及在这过程中想到的，觉得还是挺有必要写下来，给最近的自己。

1、之前的每次进步，都是阶梯式的进步，而不是循序渐进式的，一方面是因为量变引起质变，另一方面，也是因为自己对于游泳姿势的不断修正。所以，持续不断的积累真的很重要，同时也要有好的方法去加速自己的蜕变；

2、就个人游泳训练而言，我一直认为目标设定的逻辑应该是在一定时间内，游出更远的距离，而非为了一个百米最佳成绩做间歇性训练。人生也是如此，短时间内取得不错成绩的人，往往比不上长时间一直在小步前进（有时会是大步前进）的人，不管是龟兔赛跑的故事，还是我们常说的“谁笑到最后谁笑得最好”，无一不在强调在人生这一特定时间内，耐力以及复利所产生的奇迹。

3、游泳前需要吃饱，游泳中途才不会因为没有力气而减慢速度或者坚持不下去，但游泳前吃的太饱，也同样会影响速度和健康。现实中，保持一定的饥饿感是好事，但不代表需要一直挨饿，人最容易取得进步、自信和动力的时候，是不断完成在现有基础上稍微努力即可达成的小目标的时候，而稍微努力这一点，则尤为重要，过犹不及的在现实中真的太多了。

4、选择去游泳馆的时间也很重要，白天最热的时候，正常吃完饭，周末睡到自然醒的时间等等，都可能是游泳馆人最多的时候，而正常吃饭的时间，或者大家准备去吃饭前的那段时间等等，也可能是游泳馆人最少的时候。大众化的思维很容易形成，但如何跳出固有的思维模式，反其道而行之，寻找大家都没有看到的盲区，同时以一个最小的成本去快速试错，则是通往未来成功之路的要素之一。

5、即使判断失误，没有在人最少的时间去游泳馆，影响也没有那么大，毕竟，重要的不是你选择的泳道人多不多，而是你所在的泳道里的人游得快不快，即使只有两个人，如果游得都很慢，把泳道堵了，你一样没办法快速的游到对岸，但如果泳道里都是游得快的选手，你为了在这条泳道里待下去，也很难游得很慢。这一点在工作中体现的还是挺明显的，选择什么样的伙伴，决定了你前进和成长的速度。

6、再即使，选择了一个人不算少的时间，同时大家游得都很慢的情况下，也不意味着自己也可以游得同样慢，毕竟自己定下的训练时间以及训练目标是确定的，无法完成的话，受损失的只有自己。所以无论是游泳，或是生活/工作中，一定要保持自己的速度和节奏，同时记住飞轮效应。

7、欲速则不达，急于一时游快的心情和想法，往往会造成姿势的不标准不到位，从而导致实际速度其实变慢了很多，反而是放平了心态以后，会坚持每一次都把动作做标准，而由此获得的速度，则可以轻而易举的超越大部分对手。同时，也因为对手在被超越时，往往也有同样急躁的心情，从而会使得速度差变得更大。结合上一点的保持自己的速度和节奏，更重要的是去坚持，不要给自己找借口，更不要受到对手的影响而打乱自己的脚步。

8、即使在一开始，选择了没什么人的时段以及没有人的泳道，但也难免会出现随着时间的推移，不断有人进入泳池以及与你相同的泳道的情况。无论是哪一种，都会让本来平静的水面受到影响，夸张的时候会出现波涛汹涌的情况，进而导致会呛水可能性的陡增。遇到对手，首先要沉着冷静，或者说，应该比没有人的时候更加的冷静，这样就能更好的把握每次换气的时机，减少了主动失误的可能。要知道，主动失误不仅意味着你需要花更多的时间去调整状态，实际上也给自己的身体造成了伤害。除此以外，这种时候你应该比你的对手更加努力，趁其停下来休息的时候，一举超越并摆脱这种干扰。

9、即使没有各种对手的干扰，在游到一半的时候也经常会感觉到疲劳（反而是到了下半场时，这种疲劳感会减弱），这种时候，反而是更需要坚持和努力的时候，不仅要保证每次姿势的标准，更要保证每次的力道比之前更大（因为有疲劳感所以如果感觉力道是一样的话，实际的力道是在减小的）。大多数情况下，这种临界点也是通往自我突破的最佳途径（当然是以充分睡眠为前提的突破，要不容易过劳死）。

10、再衍生说一点，除了在临界点时需要坚持外，在即将达成训练目标的最后一两百米时，同样需要保持初心，以最大的可能速度去冲刺完成，虽然游快和游慢，最终的结果可能是一样的（都是完成了目标），但让身体休息应该是结束训练以后的事情，不是么？
